"Excellent up-front customer service when scheduling and organizing. In fact, the customer service rep called me to let me know about a larger move we could join so as to reduce our costs. Costs were discussed up-front and everything was conducted as discussed. If you're considering a move, know in advance that moving companies need to know how big your items are, whether they'll need to supply additional packing materials for things like mirrors and glass top tables, how far away the truck will be parked from the entrance, whether there are stairs, etc. The staff doing the moving of furniture and goods were very courteous and did a great job moving everything quickly and safely, navigating stairs, etc. Why just 4 stars then? Communication about timing of pick-up and drop-off could have been better. Granted, we scheduled only a few days ahead of time, and had agreed to a weekend window for pick-up. We were supposed to hear from someone in advance of when the pick-up would start, but that didn't happen. We got the first text from the movers about two hours out. It was fine since we were on-site and boxing, planning, etc. but it would have been nice to have had a better fix on the pick-up time the day before. The drop-off was similarly not well-communicated. We had a small move, so we understood that it would be part of a larger move, but we waited and waited to hear and had to proactively call to find out what was going on. I didn't have a good phone number to call on our paperwork, so had to resort to googling. Turns out perhaps there was miscommunication because I had understood that the delivery would happen about three days after pick-up, but when we finally talked, they said they'd call us three days before delivery. It all worked out, but it would have been better had A2B given us a clear delivery window up front (even if it was a month-long window and then three-days notice). Everything was eventually delivered in tact. Overall very much appreciated A2B and they did do what they said they'd do and all our belongings were in good condition upon delivery. Thank you!"

"Booked them for my move to Texas and everything from the pickup to the delivery was great. Communication was awesome the dispatch team was very helpful. All questions answered in a timely manner and they even accommodated when we had to split half of my belongings into storage. If you’re looking for a good moving service I’d high suggest giving A2B a call. You will not be disappointed, I wasn’t."

"A2B Moving and Storage helped me to move from California to Florida recently. The packing and loading in California were good; I had no issues. The unloading in Florida was not good at all. The overall price jumped more than 10% on the delivery day, which was a complete surprise. A couple of furniture pieces came damaged. The movers left without completing the assembly of one of the furniture items. After searching for hours for some of our personal items we realized that one of the boxes with personal items got lost during the move . I reached out to the owners two weeks ago, asking them to check whether the lost box was somehow misplaced, but have not gotten any response at all."
