"I've lived here for a year now and I have to say it is a nice place. 1 bedroom apt has newer appliances and washer and dryer in unit. Average size unit with patio. Always quiet and neighbors are friendly for the most part. Marcell in the office has been friendly and helpful. Maintenance has also been friendly, timely and helpful. Landscapers and cleaning staff do a great job.Outdoor pool is clean and never crowded. Pricing starts at $850 and up. Overall a nice quiet place with a good staff."

"While it's a little pricey for the size you get, the property is always immaculate. The property manager and maintenance are always quick to respond and very kind. The other tenants are also for the most part very pleasant and I haven't had any disturbances having lived here almost a year now. Definitely a place to consider!"

"My wife and I have lived in this community for 5 years now. We have neighbors who have lived here for over 30 years. We enjoy how quiet and peaceful it has been. The property is set in a woody open space in Brown Deer, WI. From the top (corporate) down this company has very good support of it's residents. Park Plaza has a very skilled and friendly Maintenance staff. Issues with Apartments are taken care of the same day they are reported. Plus this property has had many improvements throughout the years we have been living here. We highly recommend this place to you."

"I came here for a tour because I heard great things about the property and all of the staff that worked at Park Plaza from friends that live there. After going on a tour with the property manager it was clear that they took very good care of the buildings. From the brief interactions with the tenants that live there it was evident tenants really enjoyed living at Park Plaza. I ended up taking a job in Chicago but will be coming back if things change."
