"I'm really surprised by the one star reviews. We have been super happy living at Overlook. Neighbors are super friendly, always waving when we are coming or going. Management has always been very responsive to our calls. Our water heater died, and upon notifying management, they installed a new one in less than five hours. Overall, we are really pleased we chose to live at Overlook and would highly recommend to anyone considering this residence."
"Since ownership change it has gone downhill. Property manager is rude and never around. Suppose to have onsite management but that went away so they could rent out the model. They pick and choose which rules in the lease they want to enforce. High turnover so constantly have new neighbors."
