"Im so very impressed with this shop. The Owner was so kind. I went to another shop in Chico to sell my gold and was absolutely disappointed with their offer, I know the FMV of what I had. The owner at the Gold Exchange had told me two weeks ago what she would pay for it but for me to try on line first as it might bring the price up for me. Online was a bust sadly, so I took it back to the Gold. Exchange in Red Bluff, the owner remained as kind and knowledgeable as the first time I met her, and even though the gold prices had dropped a bit she stuck to her original offer. Now thats integrity. If you are looking for a fair and honest exchange, run dont walk to this place. Thank you Gold Exchange"

"I am writing this as a warning. I have been taking pristine movies to this place for the past few years. Never had a issue with any of the employee's. They have been extremely nice, but if you walk in and see the long haired hippie guy. Turn around and walk out. He will rip you off. He's the only one who will give you less than the worth for your items. Only had to deal with him twice. The first time, I took my merchandise and walked out. The second time, I took the offer, and I'm giving this honest review. Deal with this guy at your own risk. It's unfortunate how one employee can have a negative ripple in a business."
