"My start date was supposed to be on May 29. I waited patiently for 2 months and when the date finally arrives I wasn’t able to log in. I have sent multiple emails with no response back. I know you’re company is barely starting and i’m sure most drivers will agree with me, it gives your company more credibility if you would respond to our emails or messages. Do you really want your company to start off with a bad reputation. You talk about transparency, you should practice what you preach."

"I am not sure what's going on but I am having the same issue as the reviewer below me. No gear after signing up since February, Was told to use Tookan app my credentials are not working. No response from customer service. $18 gone if it is my patience that is needed. I know how much time is needed to startup a company I am hoping that; that is what is going on. But I just wanted to leave a review since everyone else who left one got a better response this way."

"There is a strong suspicion this maybe a scam operation so please be very careful and diligent in your research. They require the driver to pay for a course before receiving offers to make money, after ward they delay your start date 2 months or longer in which I’m still waiting. The company has not responded with an explanation. I will update this post should I receive any additional information. If not, I will be filling BBB and PayPal."

"I'm loving this after getting deactivated by Spark and Doordash for customers lying about not receiving items. With this company I don't see that happening. Totally different metric system and I'm making more. Let's get it!"

"I will change my review after I hear back from an email I sent out to HR? But they make you pay for training materials up front which I feel is a scam to say the least. I can't find much on this company, if you look at the images associated with the complex and focus in on the signage there is no sign for the company."
