"On 9/9/23 I used them for their Amazon Return service for a small fee. I was told they’d drive them to Amazon return point on 9/11/23. On 9/16/23 still not having my credit post to my Amazon account I went i and I was told by another clerk that they were just taken that morning. As of today 9/18/2023 Amazon has not received my return & no refund has been issued. I will never use them for anything in the future."
