"Worst scheduling experience I’ve ever had. Driver in NJ took the wrong package had to wait an extra week before the next pickup.Didn’t call to schedule just gave me a day. Came an hour and a half early so no one was home. Came back the next week and texted they would be there in 30 minutes got there nearly 2 hours later. If you have to leave work to sign for a delivery its a huge inconvenience. Calling customer service is a pain and not much help. Box arrived very damaged on top of it all. Overall it took a month for the delivery and I am very unhappy with the service."
"I had an order confirmed for 1/28/2023. On website it said it was delivered, I’ve been outside all day waiting for my bed that I needed . I never received any order or call, I tried to get a hold of them and no response. Houzz the App and company hired them for delivery and this delivery company has lied about my delivery. I signed no paperwork in receiving my purchase. Please do not use Houzz as your source of purchase. They use lousy ,Metropolitan Warehouse that falsely reports a delivery to an unknow address.."
"We bought a couch from Hello Furniture and they use Metro for their delivery. Metro contacted us and arranged a delivery date. There was another call to confirm everything was set. They gave us a four hour delivery time between noon and four and were here around 1230. They unboxed our sofa and put it together. Its electric so they hooked it up and made sure everything worked. I was worried with the poor reviews but maybe all the satisfied customers didn't do a review."
"I’ve never had a worse experience with customer service. This place scheduled my sofa delivery for 12/10. To make room for it, I sold my old sofa. The day of delivery, they canceled the delivery stating they couldn’t confirm they had all the pieces. I was made to follow up with them almost daily (up until the sofa was actually delivered on 12/31), because no one could follow through with calling me back when they said they would. They never had updates, stating no one at their warehouse was answering the phone or returning emails. When I finally asked to elevate this to a supervisor, I was connected with Joseph. Joseph told me on two separate days he would call me back by the end of business day-he never did. After that, I asked to work with a different manager, John. I could never get in touch with him directly because his voicemail box was full. We spent 22 days without a couch, Christmas included. If you’re a company looking for a vendor to manage your deliveries, this is not the company to go with."
"If you're a vendor considering this place for shipping, look elsewhere!! Anywhere but here! When you pay $300 delivery (150 shipping + 150 oversize fee), you usually expect some sort of minimum bar, but this company completely fails and doesn't even try to meet it. The furniture I ordered was supposed to ship a month ago 10/22 from their Eastvale CA distribution location to their Hayward CA facility. They initially scheduled home delivery a week later only for them to cancel the day before since the furniture was still in Eastvale. I even had to take a day off to accommodate this. Nearly a month later, I'm told the furniture is still stuck in Eastvale! I've been calling multiple times a week for an update, yet there has been NONE, with ZERO escalation. At least tell me some sort of update instead of "Sorry, not sorry, still in Eastvale". They probably dropped or lost it. Awful. Just awful service. Avoid if you can."
