"Cannot recommend this courier service. Package delivery order was for ashes to be delivered 'in person, hand-to-hand delivery with adult signature required' and service also ensured that the courier would phone when arrived on location. Courier left package on a random table by pool doors (public access) and placed a couple second hang up phone call to the number listed on deliver invoice. Horrible. Sad. Terrible. Lazy. This is a combination error made by the company (ACC) and the courier person. There is no reason to leave packages unsecured by a pool. Take a little walk or elevator to the unit and deliver packages to door (period)."
"horrible service, if they f up they do nothing to remedy. they even moved their depot and the website is not updated, did a wild goose chase to find a package that they did not deliver at all but they brought it back to their depot, but one problem, wrong address on website, I will try very hard to never need or use them again, getting too big, so they don't care!"
