"Can’t believe Apple continues to use this company truly terrible shipping service. Placed an order for a new phone. Tracking number was issued. No delivery, no updates, nothing. Called their number listed on the tracking info. They do not take calls and instead say to call Apple. Apple says they notoriously have trouble with this company and also cannot get updates or responses. There was a note from the carrier to Apple about being delayed due to weather. It’s been sunny and 70 in Southern CA for the last several days. Maybe the sun was in your eyes?? Days past the delivery date, no item, no update, nothing."

"The worst shipping and delivery company ever! The driver "attempted" to deliver my package to the wrong residence twice, and even took pictures of the wrong residence saying I was "not home and they didn't have the gate code." I left Crystal clear instructions and directions to my address and for the driver to please call or text me so I can come down and pick up my package but nada. I will be calling the company I ordered from to request a new reshipment of my products with either UPS or USPS, and if that doesn't work I will be calling my bank and disputing my transaction because this is not worth it. *Update 2/20* Finally received my package on the third delivery attempt after emailing the company I purchased from."

"I had Never heard of this company before I got a text. Stating that it was an attempted delivery due to no gate code. I emailed the customer service telling them I did not have a gate and no code was needed. I was emailed a picture of the driver sitting in front of a gate. Not my gate because I Dont live in a gated community. To someone who will receive my package once the driver gets in. I continued to email the company to advise them of my correct delivery address. I have not received a response. I can't seem to find a contact number to speak with a representative."

"I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from iHerb if this is the service they use. Would give this service zero stars if I could. I ordered items from iHerb and left specific instructions for the driver to call me as my apartment complex requires a fob to enter and does not have an access code. Twice now Deliver-It left an empty sticky note on my main building door saying "we missed you" with no time of delivery, no call back number, no name of the driver, not even that the package was for me, I just received an email from them so I knew this was the company for my package. Have contacted them and they said "sorry it's now being sent back to the sender." You are a DELIVERY company, why would I message iHerb about a DELIVERY issue!? Just awful."

"Worst service ever. I’m so disappointed. I bought some products from IHERB and I’m still waiting for them. I got a txt saying “unable to attempt” twice but I didn’t get any notification saying my package was out for delivery. They didn’t even call me to let me know they were at my gate. I live in a building and there’s no code to get in at all. I’ve never heard any of my neighbors complaining they couldn’t get their packages. It never happened to me before. When I tried to call them, I realized they don’t have a customer service at all."
