"I've been a tenant at the Evergreen apartments for over 5 years. The apartments are located in a nice area and my wife and I's experience has been positive overall. The neighbors have been friendly, and no one is excessively loud. On the rare occasion when there's been something that needed to be addressed, the response has been prompt. There's never been an issue with the lot getting snowed in, etc. as they ensure it's cleared following heavy snowfall. When I moved in, the apartment unit was freshly remodeled and when we've seen other neighbors move out, it seems that the general practice is to freshen up the unit with remodeling before the next tenant moves in. Overall, I can't say that we really have any complaints. On rare occasion, there's been someone in our parking spot, but it seems to be more a case of a new tenant or perhaps a guest who wasn't aware of parking assignments. Sometimes during the winter, there's a mild draft that makes its way in from the built-in AC units, but often, they make a point of installing outside covers to prevent this when winter comes around. Nothing particularly different from any other apartment experience. Our interactions with Lianne and others who manage the apartment have been very positive. We give our recommendation to those considering moving in!"

The landlady is friendly, fair, and conscientious. She is strict about noise, no smoking, and treating the property well, which I appreciate. I think this attracts respectful tenants. When moving in, the units are very clean and ready for move-in. The complex is also kept clean especially the laundry rooms and hallways. The landlords are very easy to get ahold of, they get back to you quickly, and fix what’s needed in a timely manner. The apartment complex is a quiet place and the neighbors are mindful of this. Safety is also a top priority at this place, as you need keys to get into the building and packages are secure through a locked door. This is a great place for anyone to live!"

"My family and I have lived here for 9 years. We love the quiet comfortable atmosphere of the building. Neighbors are respectful and we have built relationships with a number of them. Laundry units are very accessible on each floor and elevator makes it easy to get groceries and other items up to your apartment very easily. Garage parking provides added security and easy in easy out. Management is receptive to problems and quick to get repairs done. Neighborhood is great and there is a park right down the road for my son."
