"A case for a member of my family was recently concluded. This situation took time to be resolved, but all along the way, Jesse and his staff kept me informed of every step being taken. They were unfailingly courteous and responsive, most times within minutes of my asking a question, including nights and weekends. It's clear that Jesse is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the cases he takes on; in this instance, it was dealing with voluminous medical records, and all aspects of elder law. Jesse was able to get a settlement for the entire amount legally permissible, and then worked tenaciously for almost a year, through multiple appeals, to get a lower reimbursement demand from medical insurance.
