Offered to pay for delivery but they refused to ship. Had to dispute purchase with my credit card company. Terrible customer service"

"I suggest stay away from them. They will tell you what date to "call" you, but it's not mean will delivery on that date. They also charge me $50 extra, have to call them 8 times, even they said they will handle it, will issue the refund, but still no refund. They charge $100 more than Lugg (the app which i used before can deliver in same day) but much wore service, much more delay."
