"They don’t answer their neither phone number. It’s a recording with no options. Chat is never available/perpetually broken. Tracking info isn’t updated. I’m shocked Apple uses them and will file a formal complaint with Apple corporate."

"Horrible service.. I ordered from Urban Decay on 2/15 and my order shipped the very next day. At first I got a notification that UPS was going to deliver my package then I got a tracking number for Deliver-It. I have never heard of this logistics company before and I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, my order was out for delivery on 2/16 and I never got any type of notification that my order was out for delivery. Around late afternoon I got a random text notification that my order had a delivery attempt and the driver could not access my building. The driver took a picture and they were at the complete wrong address and trying to deliver to the wrong address. I tried to call both of the numbers listed on the website but it was an automated message, and I sent an email to the company. No response. Very frustrating. I will keep trying to locate my package and update in a few days. *Update 2/20* I received my package at the 3rd delivery attempt and after emailing the company I purchased from."

"Update: Upgrading to 2 stars only because they finally delivered my package....but it took 12 emails back and forth to get it delivered to an alternate address. ------------------ Horrible experience with this company. They tried to deliver my package to a closed commercial location on the day after Thanksgiving. Never tried another delivery attempt. Have tried to call, email and submit the form through their website to find out where my package is... no response. How hard is it to respond back? At this point, I would be willing to go to their facility in Santa Fe Springs to pick up the package if they would tell me that they have it."

"Didn’t have my package after they claimed I signed for and received the shipment. Pretty much told me sucks to suck after. Avoid this company at all cost"

"I need a phone number to contact customer service to get my package you guys are holding after a single failed delivery attempt. Email isn't working and neither are the numbers listed. This is my last contact resort."
