"Bags arrived in LAX before noon. After numerous phone calls to the airline, I was given the Mbi phone number. After an hour and 4-5 unanswered phone calls to Mbi, I finally Spoke to someone at Mbi and was told delivery would be 8pm-midnight. They never answered the phone again. At least the bags did show up around 2:30am. Any communication could have changed my review to very different. C for delivering luggage. Huge F for communication."
