"I've been using this company for several months now without any issues except for this past Friday. This past Friday the item that was supposed to be delivered at 3pm SPECIFICALLY, was delivered after 6pm. I asked one of the employees what had happened and why. He said "I gave the info to Rico and he dropped the ball". I wanted to speak to Rico but he told his employee to tell me "He doesn't want to hear it".....COME ON, SHOW FACE!!! I finally speak to Rico today and it's exactly that.... He doesn't want to hear it and told me he's a very busy guy and I should look for another courier service. Wouldn't hear me out for his lack of competence. Also found out he's the owner of this company! INSANE professionalism, Rico"
