"Nice location, but architecturally void in exterior facades, landscaping was fair at best. For the price and this developer, I would expect more."
"My wife and I are renting a townhouse here. Our AC is not working properly and is making noises that are interrupting our sleep and can be heard outside the townhouse from several units away. We submitted a maintenance request over three weeks ago and have not heard anything back from either the property manager or maintenance. Horrible experience so far. Wouldn't recommend if you'd like speedy maintenance on issues that come up while renting"
"For the price, area, amenities, and for how new these units are, you won’t find a better place. We’re 5 minutes from Walmart, 12 from Woodmans, 6 from Costco, yet still far from the city. It’s safe and quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors which leads me to believe the units are well insulated. Neighbors seem to mind their own business. Each unit comes with a personal heated garage which is unheard of. It’s awesome. In unit washer and dryer and a solid layout with spacious bathroom. Only thing I don’t like is the stove."
"The apartments are really nice. Every apartment comes with its own parking garage and space. The interior is spacious and well laid out."
