Patricia was/is very clear about what the courts will find and communicates that concisely to both parties. As with all negotiations you are going to hear things you don't like. You are going to say things others don't like. Patricia did a good job at both and listening not only to your words but trying to determine the root cause of the discussion. For me it was about a ballpark monthly cost. But I was getting bogged down in the minutia of percentage of care time. Instead of diminishing me she asked questions and explained the laws. Paralegal said she couldn't give advice, and attorney was not scheduling appointments for more than a month in advance. Both women I spoke seemed to be annoyed to be taking the call.
