"I would leave zero stars, but that is not an option... Ric is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with as a customer. Ric took our order, confirmation was given, and then a few days later I receive an email stating they are "backing out of this order". When I called to ask why, I was greeted rudely and was told he can better use his time and get bigger orders.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE, not to mention we will not have our team jerseys on time... My kids are going to have to forfeit a game or two due to Ric and the overall u professionalism of this company. STAY AWAY!!"
