Crumbl - Pismo Beach

"I am always down for a late night fresh baked cookie and this place delivers on that. I think the rotating list of specialty cookies is an excellent practice and always keeps me excited. I will say for this particular location the service I've gotten has been hit or miss, but the product that is the cookie has always been great. The thing I like about it most is in an area where everything closes pretty early this place keeps dessert open to you late at night."

"horrible customer service. I came in and asked for a 6 pack and the employee said "no, we're out of that cookie".. no problem.. so I asked for another "no, we don't have that cookies" .... ok.... so I asked to just get a single and he proceeded to say they were out of every single cookie they had on display. I asked when they would have some more he just shrugged. Weird interaction over all especially as someone who owns their own Crumbl.. Embarrasing for this store and whoever is in charge."

"Absolute joke of a place. Horrible customer service. I come the day they put out a new product the cinnamon rolls. The guy says there sold out but making more. It's 2 p.m right now. Then asks lady in the back who says were not making more. It's literally the day they came out. Super ridiculous and then not even try to accommodate me. I will never come back here. Rude employees with nothing available that's advertised. I suggest you also stay away unless you want to be super disappointed. Make more cookies. Keep stock have better employees."

"As the cookie Crumbles....nice place, but some think the cookies are way too sweet. The SLO store has already closed after just a few months which is a College town. One can hope that the company can adjust the recipe for this area's demographic."
