"I’ve place funeral flowers via your website a week prior to event. I called three days prior and everyday after that and left messages. No one called me back and I went back online trying to reach you via email to find a banner that reads “closed due to illness”. I am sorry that you are not well but as a business, there has to be a more professional way to handle this. Your voicemail needs to state that and your website needs to also provide instruction on refund. A funeral is not something I can make up sending flowers to. Disappointing"

We got married, just the two of us outside at the Dodd cliffs in the gazebo. The flowers he made us, helped to make our day perfect. He even had them delivered to us at the hotel, that morning."
