East Terrace Apartments

"We just moved our disabled son in a few weeks ago. What we found so inviting for him was the sense of community here and Gerry, the property manager was so welcoming and helped us so much to make for a smooth transition. We also saw that the common areas were clean and well taken care of. Our son moved into a clean apartment with new carpeting and freshly painted walls. We didn't need to clean a thing. Our son has met so many welcoming and supportive people who live here. The community room brings people together with their activities and meals that someone volunteers to make. We could not be any happier for our son and know he's going to be ok living here. He even has a beautiful view of the downtown area. He's already happy living there because of the people and more things to do. It's also on 2 bus routes. Nancy Boppre"

"So I just moved into East terrace apartments in Waukesha WI! I couldn't be happier! My apartment was newly furnished and let's be honest not allot of places put in brand new carpet they just wash it. The benefits to living here is amazing free WiFi, sitting area that serves food, snacks, coffee, and other drinks. A area to work out, a library, 2 outside smoking areas and grills, pets allowed, and it's section 8. Can't get any better. If you are on SSI/disability or are 62 and better come on down check it out."
