"My postal carrier has mis-delivered several packages. When confronted he told me he knows everyone that lives here and has been doing this a long time. He’s the most senior mail carrier they have. I’ve lived here 10 years and this has happened several times with this same guy. I’ve had random people bring me my packages because they can read the package and my door number. This last package no one brought me my package. I’ve no clue where it is. But because it says delivered they don’t seem to care to do anything. I have an iring and no one delivered my package. I went in a few times, left notes for the carrier with my number, I left a message for the post master with my number, zero call backs. When I asked the post office if they can just hold my packages they told me they won’t do that. So now I have to wonder if my packages will get here or not and hope one of my neighbors will be kind enough to bring me my package, which no one did this last time, it’s been two weeks since it was supposedly delivered to my door. This last package was only $20 worth so I let it go, but I have to say, you’re kind of screwed if your mailman sucks because no one will help you."

"Unbelievable. They constantly put packages at my back door in the dirt or random places OTHER than the covered front porch. Today was the final straw. It’s raining (in the middle of a huge storm) and the blonde female delivery driver put my perishable package on the wet cement in the rain, even after she walked up to my covered porch, but still left the package in the rain!! I am out of town and beyond mad. No one ever answers the phone. Seems like the number is now going to a fax machine. This is a poor excuse for a service provider."

"Never had a post office operate this poorly. Constantly misdelivering, delivering late when the item arrives well within normal time to be sorted for delivery, they throw packages that are fragile and even say areas are inaccessible when they aren't. Do better. When you do well it's okay, but that's what's expected of you. Make every day that way."

"Best staff and wait time! I go to all the posts offices in north county and Atascadero is by far the best post office. The people are really nice, laid back and easy to work with and the wait times are short."

"It was my first time picking up a package from the post office and the lady was rude off the bat because I didn't know what information I needed to give her. After giving the tracking number and address, they couldn't find my package. They finally found a package for my address but it wasn't the one I came for. I told them I was there to pick up baby chickens and I apologized for not saying earlier, I didn't think it mattered ( definitely my mistake on that). I was then told that I was the kind of customer that they hated and that they would be talking about me when I left."
