"Really great place to live, staff and maintenance are very responsive and helpful, the units and landscaping are very well-maintained and there is an abundance of storage space in the units which is a huge plus. The location is great, super convenient and close to the freeway and so many key places in Waukesha/Brookfield/New Berlin. Only cons worth mentioning are the units are not insulated the best and you will hear your neighbors a lot, especially on the lower-level units, and the wall heating/AC units aren't the most efficient."

"It has been about ~half+ year I moved into Broadway Commons & my experience has truly been the best. Apartments are cleaner & newer, a great location(quiet, peaceful, close to nature and yet not far from/to town) and affordable. I mean the grocery stores, restaurants & gas stations are near by. The views around here are amazing all year around. Depending on the apt you live, it has in unit washing and drying units, a garage, relatively newer applainces, and the cabinets/shelves/closets are spacious. I had my friends and Uber/Lyft drivers tell me, how beautiful the apartment and property is. The management is helpful, attentive and responsive, they do everything they can to make your stay here like your home. The maintenance team here are quick, professional and always on-time. Even the maintenance for snow clearing is great and on-time. Natalia(Property Manager) is great to work with. Natalia is welcoming, kind and does an excellent job with communications, she had helped me immensely and has been kind/patient when I was trying to finalize an apartment in Broadway Commons, for all the questions I had. Thank you! Cheyenne, who recently joined the management, has also been very helpful and addressing maintenance requests promptly. It’s 5/5 for me."
