"This is not luxury living. Everything about and around this building screams It was done as cheap as possible. There are weeds on top of weeds in all the mulch beds. Between 5-6 am you can expect to be woken up by the dumpsters being dumped. There are rules on top of rules for all the amenities and the front office enforces them very strictly. I have yet to talk to anyone here who will be renewing their lease. The building was covered in box elder bugs this summer, so they sprayed the bugs. Then did no clean up and left all the dead bugs on the side walks for everyone to walk on."

"Was looking to move here in April of 2023. Fell in love with the property and the landlord seemed nice. Long story short It was all a show and I’m sure my race played a part. Have a 650+ credit score, no prior evictions, no criminal history, and made more than 3x the rent…. Got denied. Went and applied for a more expensive apartment downtown, got approved. When I circled back and asked the landlord( Jori I think is her name) why I did not get approved her response was, “ I don’t know, I have nothing to do with the approval process”. Welp, I dodged that bullet. Best of luck to anyone who’s deciding to live here."
