"We lived at Prairie Grass for over 3 years and really enjoyed it. Great location, well maintained, and quiet. Management was responsive if we needed something fixed. If we hadn't moved out of state we would have stayed at Prairie Grass."
"Do not rent from The PaDDS. They lied about the state of the unit and kept an unreasonable portion of the security deposit for their 7 hour cleaning fee on a unit that had already been cleaned. If you don't believe it, the review from SK below is totally bogus as he is the owner/landlord. Tells you everything you need to know about the quality of their management. Stay away from this place if you want a trustworthy safe place to live."
