"Looking for senior living/ assistance living apartments for my mom and I called this place ONLY because the Waukesha Housing Authority list this apartment for Landlords who take vouchers. The service is horrible the man who answer is rude and in need of some training on customer service. Also, training on just how to talk and treat people. If you’re not happy in life go seek help. Kind words goes a long way. I wasn’t able to get a word out before getting into details of what I was looking for. So like a kind and respectful person, I allowed him to finish before speaking only to be told I should had mentioned that it was a voucher first thing. He said I wasted his time for not mentioning it before hand. Let the the receiver finish before cutting them off and your time wouldn’t been wasted."

"Best bang for your buck for mid range apartments in Waukesha. I rented here for the past year and had nothing but good experiences. The land lord is super nice and easy to get a hold of when needed. Maintenance requests are resolved in a reasonable time. The apartments themselves are relatively new compared to a lot of other complexes having been built a little over 20 years ago from what I could tell. Some buildings are more updated than others. All around a great place to rent!"

"We only lived here for 1 year as we moved to an apartment with amenities we needed like a step-in shower and in-unit laundry. Ben and Matt are very polite, considerate landlords. The grounds are beautiful year round with impeccable snow and ice removal, and mowing and trimming. The complex is a safe place to be."

"Matt & Ben respond quickly and keep the apartments in good shape; also the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Price is reasonable. Apartments are close to Woodmans, McDonalds, Kohls, Auto Club, and all the stores on Bluemound Road."

"I have to say I'm surprised by some of these reviews. We've lived here for about 8 years and have not had any problems. Any emergency maintenance has been handled same day and routine things the same day or very next day. Matt and Ben (the managers) are around every day and respond quickly. The rent cost for central air, underground parking etc. can't be beat in the area. Our building at least has no issues with noise or bad neighbors. I think they care about who they screen and allow to live here. Until we buy a house we will be staying here."
