"I've lived here at Stonegate Apts for just over a year now. While I've seen the past reviews I have to argue this is not the same place as years ago. Under the management of Kendall, this place is a joy to live at. She is on top of absolutely everything!! Any work order is sent and worked on diligently and speedily. She not only is the manager but she is walking the property pulling weeds, picking up any miscellaneous pieces of paper or whatever, updating and beautifying wherever she can. We just had new shutters put on and the parking areas paved. The people here are respectful and the walls and ceilings are pretty well insulated. My upstairs neighbors have a baby and 2 boys 2 and 7 and I honestly rarely hear a peep. (There is some noise of the kids of course but I don't notice it hardly ever). Kendall and the maintenance staff truly desire a clean, safe and enjoyable life for us residents here. I'm truly so thankful for this place and them."

"We love Stonegate. Kendal is an amazing manager. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue she is on top of the problem right away. She is very professional and easy to talk to. My apartment is a great size for my children and I. Everyone seems to be very nice and friendly in the Stonegate community. For apartment living I am super happy we found Stonegate. :)"

"My mom lived there for a period of about 6 or 7 years. Had some maintenence issues throughout but nothing that wasn't fixed. The gathering room you can rent out was useful for the parties and having the private entrance on the unit was really nice."
