"This management company has no compassion or heart. My brother passed away unexpectedly while renting here. Because he did not give 28 days notice his heirs were charged another month's rent, even though his apartment was cleaned out and passed inspection by the end of the month of his death. Please let this company know what you think of this policy. Dear owner. It is not the law that you MUST collect , this is a business decision. There is no compassion or sensitivity to your policy."

"Apparently under new management. It has taken over a week and we still have not completed the application process. Throughout the entire process, my boyfriend and I have been told that everything looks perfect, raving reviews from current landlords, and we offered to pay the entire security deposit up front if they would hold the desired apartment for an extra 2 weeks. They were not willing to extend the move in date by 2 weeks as they had set a move-in date before we signed a lease. While waiting for approval of application, they told me I needed a co-signer. I haven't needed a co-signer since I was 18 and had no credit. I have perfect history. After asking to speak with the new manager's boss, (as she is just the middle man) I was told that she does not give out her number, like she can't be bothered. Situation handled unprofessionally. I feel as though it was discrimination based on sexual orientation or age. Waste of time and money. Update: We jumped through numerous hoops to be accommodating. I asked them if they would hold the apartment and extra 2 weeks if I gave them full deposit when we signed the lease, instead of just the holding charge. Also, they KNEW my current lease was up and I was only month-to-month. Not sure who told them my I was under a lease until October 31st? Take a review how you want. It’s a classic case of “there’s 2 sides to every story.”"

"Excellent place to live. It's management Cliff and Cheryl are great. There response to any problems is handled so fast. I lived in many other complexes and this is rated number 1. I think I rate it number 1 is because of Cliff and Cheryl. Maintenance is handled professionally. Also the rent is very excellent. It's a cost that most people can afford . Some other complexes in the area are so high, most people I talk to can't afford it."
