"I had a great experience at the Folsom location! My training was the VAM (Voice Assisted Manikin), meaning it was not instructor lead but instead a computer prompted training. It was very easy and self explanatory. The videos they send before your training are VERY helpful to say the least. Overall this is a great training site for any of your AHA certifications. "I have been taking CPR classes for the past 35 years. NOW THIS IS AMAZING!!!! The online learning modules that is learning how well you know the material and is always adjusting to your knowledge level is remarkable. However the true miracle is the 1 hour manikin session. You walk away getting a real feel for what it takes to do excellent CPR. The manikin/computer is measuring and evaluating your every compression. A+++++."
"My ACLS renewal skill session was the best!!! It was so much more convenient than an in-person classroom, and not near as hard as I had expected. I was a little worried with the thought someone else would need to test and have the same time slot as I did, seeing as how both stations were in the same room, and how the both of us counting out loud would work. The instant feedback made my session feel just like real life with a lead or coach person. I only hope my PALS session this afternoon will be as wonderful as this morning was. I would definitely recommend this approach to anyone."
"Wasted time, childcare, and had to reschedule because their computer(s) would NOT work. Despite being connected to WiFi. Troubleshooted with them on the phone and it could not be resolved. Came prepared to do my skills and left more than frustrated and rescheduled for another city and have to arrange childcare again, drive to a new location and hopefully be done with this experience once and for all."
"The sign up for the class was simple and the online course was engaging. As a first timer ACLS learner, I felt intimidated at first, but as I progressed through the lessons, I felt very confident. The exam was strange as there was no instructor on site, but the emailed instructions as well as instructions at the test site simplified it all. I will definitely use this company again when I need to renew."
