"I put in a custom order with these guys in a twinsman, was reasonably priced for the varial technology and the custom color way I requested. But wanted to shout out their board tech guy paul. I changed the dims, colors and logos multiple times, and each time I did paul was on it. Helping answer questions, draft samples and just being supportive and cool through the process. Will order from them again for sure."

"It is also possible to order from Japan. The shipping cost is around 20,000 yen and it will be delivered to your home. (It takes 4 to 5 days. Of course, since it is an airmail.) The staff were very helpful and kind. I was surprised at how light the Varial foam was! I will definitely use them the next time I order. If you are spending more than 100,000 yen to buy a PU board in Japan, this is better! Especially if you are willing to pay 150,000 yen for Spine Tech! The delivery time for custom orders was 4 months. (I was not informed of the delivery date. It arrived 4 months after I ordered it.) I'm not sure if there are people watching from Japan, but I hope this will be helpful to those who are worried."
