"Very nice apartments, kind staff, excellent communication by Management and the Property Manager. Every time I bring an issue to their attention (rare) I get a speedy reply and offers for a solution. Very large, high-quality apartments. Well built! Driving into the city is easy and quick. Good area with some nice small things to do. I came here from an apartment in Milwaukee, and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!"

"I lived at Zander Place for over a year and was sad to leave when circumstances forced me to move. The apartment was spacious and modern, especially the kitchen, with lots of natural light and a beautiful view. The management is quick to respond to requests and address issues, and they handled the unprecedented 2018 flood (mentioned in other reviews) very well, all things considered. I would have stayed here if I could and would definitely recommend it."

"Although I have only lived here for several months and did not have to deal with the unusual flooding, I am blown away by the quality of Zander Place. New carpeting, clean appliances, full soak tub, stacked washer/dryer, cute balcony, spacious closet, quiet environment, etc. Responses to questions and maintenance requests are timely and the staff cares. This place has it all and makes it hard for others to measure up to. Definitely recommend!"

"Besides the anomaly of the building flooding in Aug 2018 due to severe weather, I lived here for 3 years and loved it! Spacious units, underground parking available for most units, new appliances, and a fairly quiet environment."

"We have lived here since July 2017 and I wish we didn't renew our lease. It has now flooded 3 times since we have lived here. We have lost hundreds of dollars in personal items that arnt covered by renter insurance because of flooding and when we asked to move to another company owned property we were told no. I love the apartment and the town as well as the view in the back when it's not completely flooded. Though the company was nice enough to give everyone a credit and reimbursement for the time we spent homeless it's not worth being homeless for a few weeks while they repair and replace basically the entire garage and storage. Unless or until they come up with a way to keep the building from flooding I wouldn't recommend living here. We are still waiting on the elevator to get fixed which will probably take even longer now that its flooded again."
