I was sentenced to alternative sentence but even after Sac Sheriff told me they will not allow me to transfer my alternative sentencing to Orange County and that I would either have to do my alternative sentencing in sacramento or turn myself in. "DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I paid Mr. Gonzales $10,000 to take my case to trial. He agreed strongly that we would win. When it was time to go to trial, he backed out and offered me a plea that I did not want to take. This attorney has done more harm to me than the so-called victim. I'm still on probation, I have a felony on my record, and it is extremely hard to find a job. I have written the State Bar for ineffective assistance of an attorney. He will take your money and run to the DA for a plea deal. Please, please, please find yourself another attorney."
