"Extremely unprofessional! Made the mistake of rushing to hire an attorney, found Mr. Latzer's 5 star rating and thought the reviews were reliable. The photo is sadly what I was given when my payment was taken...no actual copy of my Retainer Agreement EVER received even after MULTIPLE requests! All Mr. Latzer was able to provide was some initial consultation and completing two FL forms...had to badger him to complete the forms as he had no regard for the deadline when he knew I had already been served weeks prior! Had to stay on him or my paperwork would not have made it to the courts on time. I ended up hiring a new attorney (another $3,500) in which case my new attorney immediately provided her rates and a retainer agreement up front, leaving nothing to be unsure about with her new representation. Sadly Mr. Latzer could not even sign over the Substitution of Attorney form in a timely manner after the new law group made several requests. Please don't waste your money or risk the custody of your child!!!!"
