"My family has had anything but a "first class" experience with this law firm. My sister worked as a paralegal here and always complained how unorganized and unprofessional they were but we did not believe we would have that experience as their own clients. I should include that my grandparent's set up their trust here. After my grandmother's passing, it took a year for them to get my grandfather a copy of her will and all paperwork he is entitled to. This was after months of trying to speak with the lawyer. Their "attorney client privilege" only applies at their discretion. After no resolution I emailed him again and did not get a reply BUT when I wrote my previous review, Daniel replied to my review within half an hour. We did have someone who was appointed executor of estate but would not have any contact with us and this law firm would not give my grandfather any information regarding his trust and what he could do to amend it. If your family is looking for estate planning and is looking for an office with timely responses, competent staff, and do not want to wait a year for a will, look elsewhere."
