"We have loved living at the North Cape apartments. SBA has always been able to answer our questions. They are one of the most personable landlords we have ever had. Highly recommend these apartments!"
"The apartments are nice, but they increase rent every year. We got a letter about renewing our lease and was utterly condescending. Saying if you can no longer afford rent they can’t do anything about but can offer “money saving” ideas that are totally useless. We live in a studio and charge way more than it’s worth. Especially for a complex that has zero amenities aside from underground parking(only one space)and a community grill that serves all three buildings. Better off find a place that may charge an equal amount but has more amenities and care for their tenants. Do not recommend."

"I was one of the first to look at them so I was able to get the apt. I wanted so I could see our farm from my east window. I like the apt. and its utilities and being close to the grocery store and bank but since my husband passed away in 2018 my social security does not cover my rent. If I wasn't lucky enough to have some other income ,(farmer's wives did not get that much SS) I wouldn't be here. I will probably stay as long as I am able. I also liked being able to have my puppy when I first moved in."
