"If your truly in need of housing and looking for help, this is the last place I would go. I have gone to them for years seeking help, had my number come up more then once just to be discriminated against. It says they help low income families struggling but truth told they only help the ones they like. Me and my kids are almost two years homeless and yet once again just got turned down by them for an available unit big enough for my family. This is the reason we have a homeless problem. There's more housing available in the United States than there are homeless people. So why are there homeless people? A majority of the people requesting assistance are recovering addicts or in treatment, with a record, trying to start fresh and make a better life for themselves and their children, but can't catch a break because no one's willing to give them a chance. So in other words I would go elsewhere if you're really looking to get help in getting permanent and stable housing. You won't get it here."

"They have had my address, phone number, and email address for the 5 years I have been on the waiting list. They recently said they tried calling me about a unit. They said they could not get a hold of me. They have violated HUD laws and discriminated against me. I bet other people have not waited 5 years on their list."
