"Best E bike shop in California! Previously, I had contacted several prominent E bike shops only to find they didn’t have the bike I was looking for, and didn’t know when they might be able to get it. They put me on indefinite wait lists, and I have never heard back from them. Scott was responsive to my inquiries, his shop has an incredible inventory of bikes. He had the bike and size I wanted in stock, and held it for me till I could get there. He had the model of bike my wife wanted, but not the size. Even with the big bike shortage, he contacted me within a few weeks with the news that he received the bike we wanted, in the size we needed, and once again held it for me for over a week as I was on vacation. Really nice folks to work with!"
