"Ive lived her quite some time now and I must say that I haven’t always enjoyed being here. With children running around at late hours of the night to the lack of management to the building. I understand there was a hiatus of a manager role here but there was not even a part time person one could ask questions to or raise our concerns/complaints. Now they’ve found someone to place and my sincere hope is that with a building manager will come someone who can better direct tenants so that this building becomes more enjoyable to live in. No more Loud disturbances during late hours. No more damage to the property (Like the walls in the hallways or how the stairs smell of dog) No more slack on the snow removal (people who stay parked in front of their garages and don’t move their vehicles from the parking lot make it so that others parking spots don’t get cleaned up because the snow plower person doesn’t care enough. Some people are elderly and others have little children, there could be a serious accident if these areas aren’t attended to). Politely asking people to free up more parking space so others can have closer access to the doors (some people stay parked forever and some haven more than two vehicles and don’t utilize garage space and assigned parking, we need to unload kids, groceries? Furniture, etc)."
