"Signed up for a 15 minute consult that requires me to pay $75 ahead of time for. I got multiple confirmation emails and texts prior to the appt only to receive no call. When I called the office nobody could actually connect me to Brian Russ. I called three times and sent two emails. It’s been a week and nobody has contacted me to this day. I tried calling to get a refund and was told only Brian Russ can issue refunds and a message would be passed on to him. Feels like a scam to me so I’d be cautious of the positive reviews on here. Even if it’s not a scam I’d be cautious of someone handling legal concerns who is absent and impossible to reach."
