"I am student in the program and I joined a few months ago because I was very interested in learning a new skill since I’m still a senior in high school and I wanted to expand my options on what I wanted to do after high school. I went into the program not knowing how to hold any of the tools let alone cut someone’s hair. Luckily I joined the best program because I have improved my haircuts tremendously because of the help the program provides with the people that are a part of it. They took me in with open arms and made it easy to feel comfortable especially not knowing anyone but because of how amazing everyone is, I easily introduced myself to the other people in the program and I have built great relationships with the people there and the best part is that not everyone is the same age so everyone learns something from each other because of the different life experiences. So not only does the program provide skill building but it also provides a safe and comfortable environment where everyone can interact with each other and have a great time learning an amazing skill. I thank this program so much because it has helped me not only on my barber skills but in my personal life too and improved my perspective on how to better my life."

"I have been enrolled at TNN since Jan 2020 & have just moved to phase 2 & now have my Barber Apprentice License and am working under a fully licensed Barber until I accumulate the hrs & skills needed to pass my state board test. This program is unbelievable, literally. What u think you're signing up for is great in & of itself but the actual experience is so awesome. TNN is a local family run business. The main purpose of an apprenticeship is just to get you to pass your test. This program goes way beyond that. We learn how to do a different cut or skill every week so when we get our apprentice license, a barber will actually see value in us & want to take us on. We all know 2020 was hard on this industry & even though we were shut down, communication & book work still continued. They are even making arrangements for students hit financially by this pandemic to be able to continue their studies. I could go on & on but if u are thinking about it, sign up or ask to visit! There are students from every walk of life, professionals wanting a change, to high school students getting their future started. There are also a few of us females enrolled so don't let that be an excuse. Truly a life changer!"
