"After three years of doing business here today I finally called it quits after three memberships one a year I’ve expressed myself to jazzy the manger and the girl inside today. This is not about the money this is about the principle. I take care of my 82 year old grandma and I kid u not every time I get her out of the hose to do something as simple as get water which is a process of it’s own I show up and always a paper saying someone will be back and that just isn’t going to work going forward. Pls respond to me via email or call as to remedy this"

"Sporadically enforces the capacity of people in the store. Suddenly cash only and the prices have almost doubled since last week with no explanation. Used to be 30 cents a gallon, now it's 50 cents a gallon. Nothings seems to have changed in the store for such an increase and as far as I know we're not in a water shortage."

"This used to be THE place to get water in Hollister. Polite staff, great service, clean, pleasant, really exceptional water filtration system, great prices, great inventory. But that was then and this is now. For some unknown reason the owner has neglected this store for several months. The inventory has been deleted and not restocked. The staff have no clue as to why the owner will not restock. They insist they have asked repeatedly for new stock but it is never ordered. So now there are no more bottles to buy except the one gallon or smaller sizes or the glass 5 gallon bottles. I would actually prefer glass but I can hardly carry them empty and I can not lift them at all when filled. You can refill whatever bottles you already own but that's it. Because we have had an account there for years and still have a couple hundred gallons left on it, we continue to go. However , we are down to one five gallon, one the gallon and there one gallons. We need to purchase more but can't do it at Water World. We have loved their bottles- they were BPA free, well designed, ergonomic, and lasted a long time. Out of loyalty we have waited months to buy more bottles there but now we are told they have no idea when they will restock. So we have to go searching for bottles at other stores. If course we'll be checking it the other stores filtration systems because it is very possible that Water World is closing down soon. Every time I go for water there are angry or disappointed people leaving because they can't get bottles to fill. This is bad b business and poor customer relations. This leads me to believe the owner doesn't care anymore, which leads me to believe they are probably going to close. Very sad about this, it was the best water store in Hollister."
