"Updated from a mostly negative review in 2022. We continued here because it’s the only swim school around that offers once weekly classes year round. Customer service and consistency of instructors does seem to have improved. Class options are currently limited but should increase as we get closer to summer. My 5 year old finally advanced a level so we’re feeling good!"

"The pool seems clean and some of the instructors are engaged however regular last minute cancellation initiated by the school and their policy for rescheduling is very strict and not family friendly. One makeup class allowed per month and it has to be used within 2 weeks of missing the class. So if you go on vacation for a week, come back, and then you only have 1 week to schedule the makeup. Have had multiple class cancellation via text 15 minutes prior to class when you are already driving over. Teachers are changing a lot, many days you just have to hope that the instructor you are scheduled for is the one you get."

"I paid for private lessons as my child is on the spectrum - they heavily advertise swim lessons with qualified instructors in this area, which is false. Our first lesson we were paired with a teen who barely knows how to interact, let alone interact with a child with special needs. The instructor basically stared at us confused the entire lesson, we actually had to jump in the pool ourselves because I just couldn’t watch any longer. We were billed over 400 for a 30 min lesson after we dis enrolled. False advertisement, don’t go here!"

"My son has had 3 swim lessons so far and they’ve been going so well! They are group lessons but I guess we go at an off time because so far they have all been private. He’s definitely learning and getting more comfortable in the water. I only took a star off because the changing area leaves much to be desired, I feel like it’s not very baby friendly. There is one changing table in the women’s bathroom but I wish there were more surfaces in the changing rooms themselves. It also would be nice if there were showers to rinse off but that’s not a big deal."
