Over $500 only to be told sorry we are sending you a $100 check for our mistake. No one picks up the phone or calls anyone back. Go to any other place. Save your money and time."

Complete morons, no concept of or interest in providing good customer service. They don't care, and the postmaster is never available to discuss the appalling lack of knowledge and customer service of the front counter employees. When I showed them the proof of online payment they just said "hmmm, I guess we made a mistake". Pathetic levels of incompetence."
