"Very Important - If you are having a dispute with your landlord, do not hire anyone else. Dan is your man! Do not let him talk you out of hiring him (He will most likely try). I used to be the head of default loan servicing in San Diego and was in charge of choosing attorneys to represent the company throughout the nation for Evictions and Bankruptcy cases.
