"This old man is an absolute piece of human waste. Long story short he'll waste your time and charge you every second for it. Jim j. Steinberg can barely use a computer so he'll require you to fill out all paperwork by hand instead of digitally not to mention doesn't have the courtesy to print anything for you either. He'll constantly request information that he could have done all at once obviously so that he can charge you each time. This guy needs to retire and leave the profession to the real professionals! Also hes condescending and very rude to speak to if English is your second language!"
