"Awful experience. Posted hours says open at 9:00 AM, waited 20 minutes past and still lobby was not opened. I also work for a local business which is supposed to receive daily USPS pickups from the Felton office and they skip days on a regular basis. Least organized post office I've ever dealt with."

"Terrible customer service. The fact that my forwarded mail has been missing for the past 7 months was amusing to the clerk, but "there was nothing they can do" and I should "try online". Ugh."

"The guy here is rude, obnoxious and obviously disgruntled. Worse than that he doesn't care about your package...after telling him the package was fragile he proceeds to throw it and it falls from 6 feet high. Do yourself a favor and go to Ben Lomond instead."

"So I get an email at 9am this morning while I’m on my way into work saying they tried to deliver my package at 9:30am and the package is being held at the post office. I go to the post office at 1pm and they are closed. This is not the first time this has happened even after I have called and complained. We never get our packages delivered and we always have to go out of our way to pick them up. They are just to lazy to deliver to my house even though fedex and ups can deliver without a problem. Thanks guys you have a Christmas present sitting in your office that I can’t give! The absolute worst!"
