"Mark Brewer is the poorest excuse for a lawyer who will properly represent you that I have ever encountered. My arbitration against Morgan Stanley should have been a slam dunk case. Mr. Brewer charged me $47,000 in legal fees for my case. When he presented the case to the arbitrators he didn't even present the critical facts properly which I had in writing and soundly proved that the broker at Morgan Stanley had violated the FINRA "rules". During the three day hearing I tried to coach him to bring forth the facts properly which he never did. At one point I told him he had to re question me in order to refute the untrue innuendoes the defense was putting forth. He refused to do it! I could go on for another three paragraphs about his incompentence. If I didn't know better I would have thought he was working for the other side. Stay away from this guy if you need a securities attorney."
