"My Grandparents setup their Trust here, and when I took over as Trustee when my grandmother passed, Stephanie worked with me to take on this task....which happened during the pandemic.....which made the whole process so much more fun. While the trust was a thick document, and I really didn't have any issues with the beneficiaries, Stephanie helped with answering questions and providing suggestions or approaches to potential problems (transferring property, stocks, selling assets, liquidating home furnishings, etc). As well as writing out a form letter (i.e. I add the names for each person) that would go with documentation sent to the beneficiaries, also some I wrote and sent for here review and suggested edits. The more formal letters were extra fees, and I could have likely done something close enough myself based on our discussions, but over all the additional costs over the two years didn't amount to that much...and much better to know things were written up correctly. Overall, quite happy with the experience. So, if you are looking to have a trust done up, know that Stephanie will be there to help your Trustee through the process...even when everything in the world hits the fan."
