"***EDITED*** It's actually WORSE than initially anticipated, Fedex just gave my package... to... someone else. Without my ID. That person took a sensitive package home with them, and then because it wasn't what they expected, shipped it back to the sender. Continued Appalling customer support by FedEx. A package of mine was shipped there on 04/29, I've been by 5x and it's still not available 10 days later. After calling FedEx I learned that this location had signed for my package .... but the workers simply cannot find it. After calling enough times to chat with the District Manager, I was told the package isn't there despite FedEx saying it is... Now Both companies point at each other while I still have nothing. Don't use this location. Packages are routinely lost due to the fact that they have no package organization system. FedEx is equally no help. Their advice was "Just call the Safeway and ask about it, it was signed for by employee X" There's a UPS store in this same shopping center."
