I spoke with Jon Cooper, Jon assured me he could help. Jon only asked how much debt I was in. He told me to send the 2800$ payment and fill out the paperwork. I sent him my financials and he said he would take a look once he got back from vacation. So I sent the payment and paperwork. Guess what? I didn't qualify for regular bankruptcy.
